The first annual sports day of BCMC showcased the fierce determination, zeal and zest of the students. The event commenced on the 20th of February, 2017 and continued till the 4th of March. The collective heart-beats of the participants and the audience could be heard along with the cheers and war cries. The pleasant weather and the fantastic turnout from faculty were the perfect boost for the event. The sports meet presented a myriad of events including basketball, volleyball, football, cricket, throw ball, table tennis, caroms, chess and athletics.
The four teams; Brand, Swain, Lister and Livingstone, competed with the true spirit of sports and lived up to the name Trail Blazers. One of the highlights of the day was the food stall, an initiative of the social service club in collaboration with the physiology department; the profits generated of were contributed to a social cause. The valedictory function was held in the esteemed presence of Mr.GerryCarpanini, followed by the prize distribution ceremony. This great event will be cherished by the BCMC family for the years to come.
