Guidelines for students allotted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (KEAM-2026)

A. COMMON FOR ALL CANDIDATES.

Documents to be submitted
  1. Original SSLC/10th Standard Certificate
  2. Original Mark list of the qualifying examination (Plus Two / 12th Standard).
  3. Original Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination.
  4. Original Document to Prove Age, if applicable.
  5. Original Course and Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended (valid CC).
  6. Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last attended.
  7. Original Migration Certificate.
  8. Original Physical Fitness Certificate obtained from a Medical Officer in Government Service not below the rank of Assistant Medical Officer.
  9. Original NEET Admit Card.
  10. Copy of NEET Result/Score Card.
  11. Allotment Memo issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE).
  12. DATA Sheet issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE).
  13. Six passport-size and four stamp-size photographs of the applicant.
  14. Hepatitis B Vaccination Certificate.
  15. Institution Copy of Challan/Receipt as proof of fee payment to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
  16. Aadhaar Card – Copy.
  17. Eligibility Certificate, if applicable.
  18. Residence Certificate/Proof of Residence, if applicable, for candidates claiming reservation or other benefits under specific categories.
  19. Bank Passbook – Copy of the relevant pages.
  20. Anti-Ragging Undertaking to be duly filled in and submitted by the student and parent/guardian. Students can log in to www.antiragging.in.
  21. Affidavit for Fee Payment on ₹200/- Stamp Paper, duly notarised.(Click here for format).
  22. Affidavit/Undertaking regarding Anti-Dowry on ₹20/- Stamp Paper.(Click here for format).
  23. Affidavit/Undertaking regarding Anti-Drug Use on ₹20/- Stamp Paper.(Click here for format).
  24. Two sets of photocopies of all the applicable documents/certificates listed above (1 to 17).

(Any other document prescribed by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), KUHS, Government of Kerala, or other competent authority)

B. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS – RESERVATION CANDIDATES

Candidates claiming reservation under any applicable category shall submit the following documents:

  1. Community/Caste Certificate issued by the competent Revenue Authority.
  2. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC candidates – valid for the current year.
  3. Income Certificate, wherever applicable, for claiming reservation/fee concession benefits.
  4. Valid Category Certificate for SC/ST/OEC/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates, as applicable.
  5. Nativity Certificate, if applicable
C. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS – CHRISTIAN MINORITY CANDIDATES
  1. Community Certificate issued by the Village Officer.
D. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS – NRI CANDIDATES
  1. Copy of the Candidate’s Passport, as required by KUHS.
  2. Copy of the relevant pages of the NRI Sponsor’s Passport.
  3. Employment Certificate/Work Permit from the employer or, in the case of self-employment, a statement duly attested by the concerned Embassy/Consulate, as applicable.
  4. Valid Visa/Residence Permit or Residence Certificate of the NRI Sponsor, as applicable.
  5. Proof of the Sponsor’s Income – Salary Certificate/Bank Statement for the preceding six months, as required by KUHS.
  6. Relationship Certificate between the Candidate and the NRI Sponsor, issued by the Village Officer.
  7. Affidavit/Declaration by the NRI Sponsor/Relative undertaking financial responsibility for the Candidate, executed on ₹200/- Stamp Paper and duly notarised by a Notary Public.
  8. Community certificate issued by village officer (for Christian Minority candidates)

(Any other document prescribed by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), KUHS, Government of Kerala, or other competent authority)

The following documents are mandatory and shall be submitted as soft copies, scanned individually in PDF format, in a CD/Pen Drive at the time of admission. Each document should be less than 150 KB in size.
  1. SSLC/10th Standard Certificate.
  2. Mark List of the Qualifying Examination (Plus Two/12th Standard).

  4. Age Proof, if applicable.
  5. Course and Conduct Certificate from the institution last attended.

Candidate Photograph: A soft copy of the candidate’s recent passport-size photograph shall be submitted in the CD/Pen Drive in JPG format, with a maximum file size of 30 KB, image dimensions of 150 W × 200 H pixels, and a white background.

Instructions common to all candidates
  1. Admission process will not be complete without submitting required certificates/documents and fee payment.
  2. Hostel and Mess is compulsory for all students
  3. Fee can be pay as Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Believers Church Medical College, Payable at Thiruvalla.

  4. Fee Details

    Tuition fee as mentioned in the allotment memo.

    • Tuition fees collected is on provisional basis and may be subject to change as per the orders of Admission Supervisory Committee / Honourable High Court / Government.

Note: Hostel residence is mandatory for all MBBS students.
College & Other fee/Special fee is Rs 2, 61,986/- (Provisional for the academic year 2026-27).

College & Other fees which includes Hostel, Mess, etc which need to be remitted at the time of admission. Final amount of college & other fee is subjected to approval from Admission Supervisory / Fee Regulatory Committee. Payment of all applicable fee (via DD/Bank transfer) is mandatory for the confirmation of Admission and for the issue of Admit card.

HOSTEL RULES
  • Hostel residence is mandatory for all MBBS students.
  • All residents are required to have their valid Identity Cards issued to them by the Institute.
  • The allotment of rooms will be made based on the application submitted by the candidates. The final list will be approved by the vice Principal.
  • The student should bring their own bedding and other items of personal use.
  • Change in rooms once allotted is not permitted.
DISCIPLINARY RULES
  • The college campus and hospital are smoke-free zones. Smoking and consumption of alcoholic drinks and / or narcotic drugs in the hostel premises is strictly prohibited. Students shall not enter the hostel premises in intoxicated state and should not possess such materials. Severe action will be taken if any resident is found to violate this.
  • Any student who is found to be indulging in undesirable activities such as physical assault, damage to properly, etc., will be liable to (but not limited to) the following punishments:
    • The cost of damage will be fully recovered from him / her together with penalty.
    • He / she will also be fined commensurate with the offence committed.
    • A record of his / her misconduct will be made in the personal file.
    • He / she will be expelled from the hostel.
  • Residents should not participate in any anti-national, antisocial or undesirable activity in or outside the campus.
  • If a student is expelled from the University for any reason he/she should immediately vacate the hostel on the day of expulsion from the University. His / her continuance in the hostel will be treated as unauthorized occupation.
  • Residents should not indulge in practices / activities, which may endanger their own personal safety as well as others.
  • Residents are required to obey all traffic rules inside the campus.
  • Residents are duty bound to report to the Resident Warden/ Chief Warden / Principal in case they notice any unwanted incident or undesirable activity going on in the hostel or on the campus.
  • Usage of Motorized vehicles in the campus is strictly prohibited. College authorities will not be in any way held responsible for any damage/ loss/ theft/Accidents.
