Bachelor of Science in Optometry

This program is designed to train professionals who can provide comprehensive eye and vision care. The course includes subjects like anatomy, physiology, and optics, and provides extensive training in examining eyes for vision problems and diseases. Graduates are skilled in prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses and managing various eye conditions.(Under KUHS Affiliation Process)

Course Title

Bachelor of Science in Optometry

Aim

To produce primary eye care professionals trained to detect, diagnose, and manage vision problems and eye diseases.

Eligibility

Pass in a pre-degree or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
